Privilege in respect of self-incrimination (Evidence Act 1995 - section 128); if I'm reading it correctly, the court can overrule privilege. (If I'm reading the Law correctly.) Linky - since I judge this is an Australian jurisdiction, out with it..
If you're curious, there is no right to guns and no right to freedom of speech in our constitution. Nor was there any guff about 'Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness'. - We never had a revolution so no Declaration of Independence and our Constitution is rather dull. The bits that have been crossed out over the years are more interesting!

Well, since I'm on the other side of the globe, I'm going the plead the 5th Amendment of these here States that are United and not incriminate myself.

BTW, the only reason you didn't have to fight for your freedom is because the UK sent all of their criminals over there! They didn't want Australia! That being said, it's probably the reason I've always envisioned it as a fun, free and great place to live. I've never met an Australian that had a surly personality, and the Steve Irwin only enhanced my view of you fun loving folks down under.

I never wouldn't have gotten that. I'm a little techy, but not when it comes to video games.
