Netbook
+Runs windows 7 and all compatible apps
+Tethers to my phone
+Keyboard
+Expansion ports (USB, VGA, etc)
+WAY more hard drive space

Tablet
+Touch screen UI
+Instant-on
+Widget-based interface for quick/relevant information
+GPS & Google Maps
+Better battery life (doesn't matter if you have spare netbook battery)
+Thinner/Slightly more portable

And the REAL bottom line (courtesy of Staples).....
