Thanks, Dreams. Yes, those are air tanks. Most places provide 2-3 dives a day from small boats that go off-shore. The place we were staying also offered unlimited shore dives. If you feel like diving at 11pm, just bring your gear down to the beach, grab a full tank (they are marked full or used) connect it to your regulator and stroll into the sea. Bring a flashlight.

Remember, the coral reef is basically nocturnal. MUCH more activity going on after dark, making night dives really spectacular! Some people will make 4-6 dives a day... It's worth the effort, but really tiring.
