The rules of nutrition seem to change daily. I try and make sure that I have something healthy when I am hungry, eat three pieces of fruit a day, eat three servings of veggies a day, eat smaller pieces of meat then I would like, and limit french fries to twice a week. I figure that balance is as important as when I eat. Since I suck at eating breakfast I try and do well with my fruit/veg consumption. Getting in grains and meat is pretty easy for me.
