Always go for the HTML ones if you can. It looks like that book only has a text version so gutlrf tries to use Gutenmark to convert it. All you need to do is download Gutenmark.exe and make sure it is in your PATH (i.e. "set PATH"), you could stick it in c:\windows\ if your not sure what I'm on about.
