Milk oolong from Tea House Emporium, Bath UK

Sweet aroma so far. They suggest 1 tea spoon per 150mil 95°C and 4 minutes.
I put 1 heaped tea spoon per ..280mil the rest as they say. We will see. 95°C for oolong it unusual. Often it is never above 80°C.

looks like they suggest the right temp near boiling water
