Not sure I understand.

Take the same EPUB. Using Sigil with Wine on Linux.
- opened with Sigil 0.2.4. There is a TOC editor (F7) and I can see the TOC.
- opened with Sigil 0.4 beta. No TOC Editor.

Something seems to be missing or... ?
