Dear All,

A few days ago, my Mom gave my Dad a Sony PRS 500 as an anniversary gift. My Dad, an avid cook-book collector, has quite a few on PDF format... but as you know, PDF SUCKS for people without super-vision, as is the case of my Dad. Would any kind heart offer sound advice on which is the best software to convert formats to allow greater zooming???
