I agree with Poppae's advice: you need a tablet
I do own and iPad 2 with GoodReader app. It is the best combo for PDFs. You can make annotations, you will get TOC, highlighting, underline, you name it. And you switch pages with your fingers.
Based on those PDF files and your bookmark's requirement , I don't believe any current eink reader can satisfy your needs.
