What was funny was the handle of the big hammer in the back of the belt kept trying to float up and twist around. He had to be inventive to keep it down.

Update...
again so bloke decided to pick up the weight belt adn wet suit from mate's house (half an hour away) by treadlie.
He just got back,, hee hee 20 extra kilos in the the backpack up and over a hill poor bloke (he is 60 tommorrow). He never gives up! He reckons he felt every bump. His backpack is usually heavy anyway as he insists on taking spare tubes and repair kit etc etc.
