Thanks for both replies! JSWolf -- I couldn't see any extensions on the file names, so I skipped to step 2 and downloaded Firefox. (Yeah, I'm the guy in the room who still has an AOL e-mail address.) Much better browser, much faster and you were right, MSIE was the problem downloading/transferring the book. A breeze with Firefox. Just one problem....when I turned on my PC this morning, I got the blue screen and an auto recovery setting me back to before I added Firefox. Boy, MS really has some betrayal issues! I googled and saw I was not alone in this scenario, but still haven't quite figured out how they got around it.

Poppaea -- interesting about lrf, had kind of thought it was an outdated format. So I'm glad you brought it up and will definitely check it out on my next download!
