I have a 950 and love it. I bought it mainly due to the touchscreen and the screen size. The WiFi and access to Wikipedia also featured heavily in my decision. Finally, I wanted to to be able to read EPUBs from various sources and not be chained to Amazon's store. The library access didn't feature prominently, although have used the feature once or twice.
