Rubbish... most people I know who have iPads or Android tablets were more interested in whether it would do the things they wanted than in what processor it contained or what OS it ran on so keep the anti-Apple rants off site please... and don't bother with your insulting "fanbois" remarks, I use an Android tablet.

And in one way you're not far off with the "magical" crap... apart from the serious computer users, most people, I know want to use a computer to do useful things not computer geekery... they care less about the hardware than about being able to do what they want. If they are buying new then they tend to ask someone more knowledgeable (about computers) to help/advise them.
