Just called Oberon. They do ship to Germany. Put your full address in the special instructions box and they will get the product to you.
Just an FYI, you can ask them to customize a cover for you by removing the wool pad and the pocket if you want. There are folks who don't realize this and are bummed after they find out that it was an option.
