The "Conch Republic" is not a part of Florida nor even the U.S.A.!
So comparing temperatures of one nation to another isn't fair!!!!!
But really, I guess it is your sea breezes that helps to keep temps down where you are. It WAS 95 degrees here on Wednesday and the outlook is for more of the same.
