Unfortunately, I don't think I'm saying it very well, but I also think that the Act is too confining, not taking into account the Betamax case (again, in America) allowing Personal Use (Fair Use) rights. /shrug/ Congress is looking at two potential bills to allow a little more freedom in this regard, especially in the area of Fair Use, but it's contentious, and Hollywood in general has VERY deep pockets.
