Even if it is a non-issue (for them to apply their guidelines in a discriminatory fashion) in the legal sense (and I really don't know if it is or not), it's not a non-issue to all buyers. You don't care, fine. Other people do, and they can choose to vote with their dollars by shopping elsewhere.
