Try sending them your email again. Maybe it got lost, tagged as spam...
I also heard nothing from them for a long time. I sent them an email first about a week ago, then waited and waited, all the while reading here how everyone else get an html copy. Finally I gave up and sent them the request again late on sunday, feeling a bit like a spammer myself. And within close to 24hrs I got a reply with the ebook attached
