Thanks folks,

Much appreciated. Here's a brief intro to my books...

Always been a writer, (mucked up my A-levels because I spent more time writing stories than doing home work... )

Always had in mind to write a 'serious' novel, but I used a bit of fan-fic just to get my writing skills up to spec in recent years.

In 2006 I 'published' (pdf via my website) a novella based on a rebook of a classic 80s computer game (www.oolite.org). I really only did it for fun, but after about 10,000 downloads I was pestered into writing a sequel, and I'm currently working on a 3rd.

They're unashamedly in the Space-Opera genre, with all the cliches you'd expect in that place. Hopefully I've given them a new twist, and they seem popular enough. They're all free and available in multiple formats.

This was really only practice for the main event. I've always been a fan of the conflict between religion and science, so my first 'proper' novel 'Torn' (currently being submitted to agents) is a contemporary romance with the two protagonists representing opposite viewpoints.

I'm under no illusions that I'm unlikely to succeed in getting this published in the 'traditional' way, so ebooks are a fall back for this one. Once I get all my rejection letters back I'll be prepping it for upload.

Many thanks,

Drew.
