In my personal experience 5" is the ideal size -- at least given my idea that the best size is the biggest screen size that still fits into my pocket comfortably. If you make the bezel too small you have no way to hold it without activating the screen. Don't be fooled by the small difference in numbers, 5" is a whole lot bigger than 4" (a friend has a 4.3" screen and even when I see that I feel that I could never go back to such a tiny phone
).
