I've been coveting a scottevest jacket for years - it would have replaced a backpack when I was commuting.

I use a hydration pack (with the water bladder removed) to carry my Nook Color when it leaves the house. I paid $20 for it at Costco (several years ago). It's a great travel pack - not too big, not too small; and a perfect carry-on bag for flying.
