The foot is pretty bad, as is the shin. I got one on the inside of my right arm that was fun. I'm rather ticklish in that area, so it was a trying process to hold still and not giggle while being repeatedly impaled by needles. The back isn't bad at all. Maybe a couple of places on the spine that can be pretty bad, but that's subjective. The forearm and chest were VERY easy and actually were somewhat enjoyable.
The calves were both the easiest and the hardest ones to get. I got one on each in a single session that lasted about 3 1/2 hours. After the first one (right) was done, I had pretty much had an adrenaline dump. The one on the left hurt so bad for the first 30-40 minutes while I waited for my body to say "OH! Here's some more adrenaline to keep you sane!"
On topic - 32 oz of dihydrogen monoxide, 16 oz. chai spice black tea, and 3 oz. espresso. I will be well acquainted with the potty today.
