Frankly speaking I don't understand what you are talking about.
Tor's second book was sent in 3 formats. One of them HTML. When you upload it into Book Designer, it treats it just like any other HTML file. It means you can set up any size or other setting that you want. There is no difference between converting HTML from TOR and any other book in HTML file.
