Horrible attitude for a doctor! Yes, we need to feel pain to let us know when something is wrong, i.e. take our finger out of the flame, fix a broken ankle, etc., but pain is a very serious matter and should be avoided at all costs, especially voluntary pain such as piercings, tattoos, tight shoes, bowling ball finger holes, hard saddles on bicycles, etc.

Exercising until it hurts? Not on yer nelly!

Having a mug of Keemun tea and watching storm clouds gather. I just saw pairs of various animals heading down towards the docks so I think there is going to be a major rain storm coming through...
