Thank you, I like them too. So you're not a shoe-person? Then you must be a bag-person instead (2)

Water in my cup. Getting ready for my dad's birthday party. I'm also going to surprise my mother with flowers, since it's mother's day today! (3)
1. Yeah I'll remember that the next time I feel like a new pendant, maybe going with my sister would be helpful... And oh, I always wanted to get a huge ring too! Always the big things attract me But for a pendant, right now I'm happy with a plain silver ring.

2. Of course I'm a shoe-person, but I'm interested in other aspect. I like sneakers only but hey, I'm not 20 yet and time can make big changes And bags? Let's assume for the moment that I can do without them. But then again, time is all I have

3. Tell him we readers wish him a wonderful birthday, will you?
And what flowers are they? (pictures please)

I was walking down the street in Bangkok in 1991, looking for a tattoo shop when I passed a large jewelry store that had a sign in the window that said "Custom Made to Order." I walked in, talked with the shop owner, and two days later I had my totem crafted in silver as a pendant. The only times it has been off my neck in the past 20 years has been for Chest X-rays. I had it re-made in white gold three years ago. Here is the silver version, looking a little worse for wear...

... and no pain from a tattoo!

Really, I've never seen any picture you've ever attached in your posts. Can someone do a capture and repost it please? I'd love to see a symbol that one wants to stick with forever.

That same summer, I visited a Pima reservation in Oklahoma and a Pima medicine man repeated the same. None knew that I had dreamed about it. None know that it 'rescued me' in my dreams. They ALL said that it was most unusual, for the Thunderbird was usually the protector of a group, not an individual, but... So after hearing three different medicine men tell me the same thing, I figured "why fight it? If it's going to protect me, I'll be happy to have it!" Hey, with my lifestyle, I can use all the help I can get!

But tattoos are painful, and you KNOW I don't do pain...
I was reluctantly willing for something this important, but fortunately, the Gods saved me from having to endure it! Yaay God!
You're so lucky to have a *protector* and to have a few people point that out for you to know

And I agree with that "tattoos are painful" but a friend of mine has recently told me that getting a tattoo isn't too painful any more the feeling is just like... get bit by some ants

I may be a yes-man to agree with 90% of the things people say, but while I want some tattoos, I still don't like the idea of something staying with me permanently.

Of course in our old friend's case, his protector should be with him to the end.
