Hi

I just bought a Literati Reader. Charged it for 6 hours, turned it on, set it up, did the wifi thing, did the update, it told me to power off, and when I powered back on it just shows the screen with the Literati Name and Rainbow (with the words the sharper image at the bottom) and never fully turns on. I have tried turning it off and on, reseting several times, off and on again. I also tried plugging it into my computer but Windows 7 says it does not recognize the USB device so now I'm just lost and have no idea what to try next. Any ideas?
