I made real homemade macaroni and cheese from scratch. OK, maybe that's not high cuisine but it didn't bump my blood sugar up at all.
I used the
Dreamfields elbow macaroni and it really is good. High fiber, low carbs, and it tastes just like the stuff that'll kill you. What more could you ask for.
I've used the elbow macaroni and the angel hair pasta a number of times. Macaroni salad was great. Next I'll make lasagna. After that, linguine with white clam sauce.
