Where can I buy these books?

I have a Sony ereader and while I know it's possible to break the DRM on B&N and Amazon ebooks, I'm lazy and I'd rather not bother unless I have too. lol

I found a couple of books that look like cheap and quick, but fun reads. Illegal Magic by Arlene Blakely and Uncommon Magic by Michelle Scott. I found the first also available on B&N, but didn't bother searching for the second one there.

I've searched Sony, Smashwords, Fictionwise, and the Google Ebook store and they don't have either. I've only bought one ebook from Amazon with the intent of reading it only on the computer since it was a text book, so I'm not sure if I should just buy from Amazon or see if either book is for sale elsewhere.

I'm assuming that since neither lists a separate publisher, that both are published by amazon, would this be a valid assumption?
