I have both. I use DX when I need larger fonts ans space; otherwise K3. When reading website: K3 can zoom 150%, 200%, 300% (it's pain when the end of sentences extend beyond the screen); DX can pick font size (it also reformats paragraph, just like books.)
K3 will be fine for most.
Edit: DX can only use 3G, the speed is not as good as wifi.
