select your EPUB in the Library.
Tap "T"
Click: Explode
You now see a standard looking folder that contains all the parts that make your EPUB
Use a TEXT only editor (Notepad, Notepad++) to view the pieces.
Do not change/delete any filenames, you will break things unless you make very specific other changes.
You are looking for the file being used before the first chapter (Unfortunately, reading the NCX is probably the only way to find the name of the file:
play order)
if you make a change inside a file, Save and click "rebuild EPUB" to put the
revised book back together.
