As a friend of mine stated, PDF=EVIL
Converting PDF to other format can be an hard job.
The method I use is:
1) copy all PDF text
2) paste it in an empty .odt doc
3) clean it with MyTXTcleaner, written by a young genius programmer
4) export with W2E
