Sweetpea, you're wrong. When the new Mustang with the 5.0 'Coyote' motor came out there was much throwing of poo and discussion of it as a Camaro killer. And that's aside from how the pony car (Mustang) did indeed kill off the F-body generation of Camaro/Firebird (only to be resurrected later as a Holden model).

Maybe you're not a 'car guy'. I hang out on several car enthusiast forums as a past owner and racer of different machines. That same 'this will kill that' discussion goes on for many levels of machine. For example the Porsche GT2 versus Corvette ZR1. Or the Nissan GT-R versus the Corvette Z06. Or the Ford Mustang Boss edition versus the BMW M3. Or even, lol, the Honda Fit versus Mazda 3.
