An advantage of living in Asia is that we can buy all kinds of dried fish (unsalted,) dried crab, etc., in every supermarket. We'll also pick up a small piece of fresh tuna or squid every few days to give to the cat. We don't 'feed' her this way. She gets regular dried food and wet food. The treats are just that; one or two bites to make her happy.
