The custom page setup I've created in Word is is 4" x 5.2"; Margins are .25" (top & bottom); .3" (right & left).

I have also set up corresponding page properties in Adobe, so when I print, I select print properties and them change those settings to my Cybook settings. I do not have to crop the pages any more.
