Great review! I know it's hard to be impartial, but I think you did a great job. All of your pro/cons where spot on, with a tad bit of humor

The nook has so much potential it's unfortunately that B&N chose to go away from the main stream Android experience. To the extent that I don't consider the nook an Android experience, it would be equivalent to calling a Kindle or SONY a Linux experience.


There are many apps in the market that are much better than the stock B&N reader that do not have the limitations of the reader. I don't know if the B&N market will carry these however.
