Spam filters...
Those of you who are saying "I check my spam folder and it wasn't there" need to remember that, depending on your email provider, there are usually two or more levels of spam checking going on and at some levels, the mail items are simply thrown away by your email provider.
Those of you who aren't getting the notices might want to post who your email provider is, to see if you're all using the same one.
