No kidding. I used to have to use one for at least a couple of hours every day. In addition to shoulder fatigue, the tip of my index finger stayed numb.

I would like to try one of the new touchscreens, like Dell is selling in their all-in-one desktop config. I still can't imagine using it on a regular basis, though. It would be fun for a few minutes, then give me back my mouse.
