Feeling very British this morning... Good morning everyone! A lovely last day of the Golden Week holidays. Should be some really massive traffic jams today as everyone heads home. I'll stay off the highways!

I taught fencing and Kung-fu for several years at university in the US. Much more enjoyable than teaching academics. I never had to grade homework! In Japan all the universities have required PE classes.

My brother failed PE in high school because he kept forgetting to bring in his 'dental note,' (proof of dental care.) What made this so amusing is that our father was an oral surgeon...
