If you google Pu-Erh, you get tons of links about loosing weight with Pu-Erh, instead of what this tea is. It is funny and annoying.
I think it helps to break up fat and improves digesting, so we go to toilet better. Don't know about the toilet part, but I do feel better when I drink Pu-Erh after some heavy meal. Hence, Fairy for stomach term
Speaking of the Devil. Cup #7.
Pu-Erh.
Leaves from cake 1992.
This time, instead of a tea spoon of tea leaves and 3 minutes steeping, I put 1 really heaped tea spoon and steeped for 1 minute only.

I liked it? Completely different taste. Almost sweet?
I will repeat it a few more times to verify but I am pleasantly surprised.
Next time my wife wants Pu-Erh I will make her a cup my way and see what she thinks.
