Kind of a soft taco thing -- a corn tortilla wrapped around fried shrimp and broccoli.
I've discovered the joy of cast iron cookware. I threw the tortilla on the hot skillet for a minute or so to soften it up, then put it aside (covered with a towel.) Then I put my leftover fried shrimp (from a meal at Chili's restaurant yesterday) and steamed broccoli in the hot pan. It warmed the shrimp perfectly and crisped it back up nicely. Scooped the whole mess into the tortilla and ate it with great enjoyment. Didn't even add any oil, although it was wiped down with oil after the last use.
