Pot one of Pu erh.

Astra has pointed out that weight lose is suppose to be connected to Pu Erh consumption. I have not had Pu erh every day since I started experimenting with it but I do drink enough that I have had to refill my TG order once and I have gone through a decent amount of the bricks/sphere/mushroom varients that I have as well as all the Rishi Pu Erh I bought.

I have lost about 6 pounds since starting drinking Pu Erh. Now, I have gotten into a better exercise rythem, I am working on the eliptical at the gym for 30-45 minutes 3 times a week, taking a 45 minute spin class, taking tennis lessons twice a week, and the like.

I would say that is possible that there is some correlation between Pu Erh and weight lose in my case but it could be spurious.
