You are an employee of PocketBook I assume? Don't employees get paid these times?
But anyhow, if you do not get any money for posting in the forum that PB states on it's official homepage as support forum, then that only proves that PB could not care less to support their customers. Is it really too much to ask to assign anybody to write here on a regular basis?
