Yes, it was a waterbed too. But when we wore out the mattress we replaced it with a Tempurpedic mattress. They do a size called "waterbed insert" that is about 1/2 inch small, so that you can get the sheets on. It takes california king size sheets.

There were blood spots on them!

The findings, sheet silver, etc are gone, but the stones stayed in their storage boxes, which stayed in the room, so we found them. I am donating the machines and equipment and stones to our lapidary club. They will use them for group jewelry making social gatherings. We get together and use all of the club equipment.

Now, my own personal collection is another matter. I hope that whoever finds the 4 ct Lightning Ridge opal will have it assayed, and not just think it is a pretty rock. It will buy them a new car!
