I never got around to posting images of this.
So here are a few shots. Note that the last one shows the Cybook tucked inside - but I haven't yet actually put in a second piece of velcro to hold it better. That and the fact the gum strip on the back of the originally-included velcro didn't hold all that well to my Cybook against the strain of peeling it from the other half of the velcro.
It's a Fellowes product and at Target's online store it runs $14.95 plus s&h.
