Thanks for the advice. I came all the way directly to this first thread because it looked like a convenient "airport of entry" to this forum.

I thought of buying an IPAD, all right. But, is there any light, very light E-Ink reader on the market, with note taking capability and that could accept an external, wireless, usb type (or blue tooth) keyboard. The one I use myself on my computer is a "XSlim Cordless I.5 AREA Keyboard", by i-rocks.... works with Windows VISTA, though, so... not too optimistic I am, Master !
