That sad story points out, not how dumb she was, but how we've failed out children. And it probably started with her parents not being guided by their parents.

The parents, grandparents, and we as a society are, collectively, to blame.

This story helps to show how low we've come:
RAPE VICTIM: SUBWAY WORKERS' INACTION 'DEPLORABLE'
"The woman raped in 2005 inside a desolate Queens subway station, as two NYC Transit workers did nothing to stop the violent attack, ...."

Maybe it's just me.
