There is no such service and sites claiming to offer this are either offering pirated versions or selling "access" to already free places like Manybooks and Feedbooks.


As Harry says, there's always the classics. Lots of wonderful stuff to be found in all genres there.

Also, I don't know where you are, but you could see if your public library offers ebook downloads (or sign up someplace that does non-resident sign ups for an annual fee like the Free Library of Philidelphia).
