I agree. Google should focus less on " beating enemies" and more on improving their products based on their unique philosophy and approach, a large part of they have so many enthusiastic Android users in the first place. Apple isn't the enemy, complacency and lack of focus is the enemy.
Leave the whole "beat Apple!" stuff to the fanboys
