You take a small part of the youtube link and embed it.
For examle:
"http://www.youtube.com/watch?
v=HjafIKdSfGo&feature=player_embedded"
From this link you copy a part that sits between
v= and
&
Then you click on Yotube icon in the post over here and paste HjafIKdSfGo in it.
