Yes, Google is trying to use Honeycomb to prop up Android tablet makers and wind up just hurting themselves. They should release the source code and let hackers and developers anywhere find ways to improve it -- just like the phone versions of Android. The "enemy" should be Apple, not people who want Honeycomb on older devices.
